Phil’s CD “New Believer” is about the trials and tribulations of being a son of light in the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ. Phil completed “New Believer” in the summer of 2007 which was released in various foreign markets.

Phil is now bringing his dynamic ministry home with the American Release of "New Believer".
