Broken Box Entertainment would like to welcome "Eyes on Me!" to our family. These guys are the real deal! Their latest effort "Eleventh and Main" is being mixed and mastered as we speak. They boys, as we lovingly refer to them, are, Scott Boyce on Drums, and Kenny Galvacky playing guitar, bass and vocals.
There have been a few changes for the Lynchburg, VA natives with the decision to change the band's name from "The Fostered" -- a name the group feels no longer justly represents the band due to stylistic and lineup changes -- to "Eyes On Me!". With the new name comes a renewed focus on style, arrangement and dynamic -- things often overlooked with other bands of the same general genre. Also coming in with the new year and new name is a complete re-branding of the group, the results of which are to be rolled out across the band's web presence in the coming days. In tandem with the already mentioned changes, 2010 will see the release of a brand new EP "My Best Idea", by the pop-rockers. The EP will feature new arrangements of the band's live staples "Long Island Expressway", "Over and Over" and "11th and Main", but will also be first public release of new songs "My Best Idea" and "Vapors". The EP, co-produced with manager Chris Keck of Broken Box Entertainment, is setting itself up to be the band's big breakthrough -- powerful lyrics, catchy melodies and original instrumentation set this record apart from the rest. Eyes on Me is determined to stay true to their musical roots and perform honest music that people can relate to. "Very catchy. [Eyes On Me!] really got it down tight."
